What will you be doing?

As a conference host, you are Coor's face to the outside world, always having your eyes and ears open to catch that little extra of the customer's needs. In this role, guest experience, collaboration, and service will be the absolute focus. In this role, you will work in a team but also independently, where you will greatly benefit from your engagement and your ability to take your own initiatives.

Examples of tasks include:

• Welcoming customers and visitors and delivering star-class service.
• Planning and preparing venues for meetings and conferences, including furniture, technology, and event planning in consultation with the customer.
• Managing booking systems
• Following up on error reports
• Building relationships with suppliers and customers

Who are you?

You contribute to a positive atmosphere and want to add that little extra. You appreciate variety in your work and enjoy switching between working independently and collaborating in a group. With your professionalism and commitment, you provide star-class service.

To thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English to communicate with guests and customers
• Previous experience in a service profession such as hotel, restaurant, or conference is an advantage
